CBA Probiotic Yogurt Starter
Casei, bifidus, acidophilus probiotic yogurt starter. With this yogurt
starter you can now make homemade probiotic yogurt that has three types
of dairy cultures, well recognized for their health benefits, in addition
to the regular yogurt cultures. However, this probiotic starter must be
used only with the Yogurmet multi yogurt maker (or the earlier model).
CBA priobiotic yogurt starter requires an incubation period of 12 to 15
hours during which time the temperature must be increased gradually from
23 degrees C to 44 degrees C (73 degrees F to 112 degrees F). The Yogurmet
multi yogurt maker meets this requirement with a heating system specially
designed to heat in this pattern. Each box contains 6 packets of 5 grams
and each packet makes 1 liter of probiotic yogurt.
INGREDIENTS: Lactic Bacteria (L. Casei, B. Longum, L. Bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus,
L. Acidophilus), Skim Milk Powder.
Makes 6 quarts.
When refrigerated, this product will stay fresh for one year past the date
printed on the box top.
