Description

This is pasteurized, grade A, low heat, whole dry milk, made so that it will reconstitute as readily as possible without instantizing, and still have the highest nutritional profile after the drying process. You will find the powder delicious and fairly easy to reconstitute following the directions. This milk powder is not fortified with vitamins A or D above what may naturally occur.

Whole dry milk is obtained by the removal of water from pasteurized whole milk.

INGREDIENTS: Organic Whole Milk

Basic Instructions: Mix 1-1 3 cups powder with 3-3 4 cup water to make 1 quart milk, 1 3 cup to make 1 cup. Pour the desired amount of powder into half the water stirring continuously as the rest of the water is added. Continue to stir until well-mixed (about 30 seconds). Or, for better results, use a blender.
