Organic Banana Flakes – Red Bananas are allowed to vine ripen under completely organic growing conditions, then carefully hand-picked and air dried. The finished product contains no additives, or preservatives. These banana flakes have the same flavor characteristics of a freshly peeled banana!

Ideal for dry fruit preparations, powdered drinks, cake mixes, etc.

The flakes reconstituted 3:1 with water can be used just as you would use fresh mashed bananas.

They are suitable for smoothies, elixirs, baby food, ice cream, yogurt, and other frozen desserts.
