  Suggested Use: Take this product with at least 12 ounces of water or other
  liquid. Adults and children 12 years of age or older: 6-10 capsules, one
  to four times daily. Children under the age of 12, consult a health care
  professional before using. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Taking this
  product without liquid may cause choking (see warnings).
